Demon Statue

This is the hero asset of my final scene, for my 3rd Year hand in at Norwich University of the Arts. The idea behind this asset was to expand upon my knowledge of both ZBrush and human anatomy, while also creating an intriguing piece that tells a story.
As this was a hero piece, and therefore part of a much larger scene, I needed to make sure that my low poly mesh was of a respectable triangle count. I used quad draw in Maya to create the low poly mesh, using the high poly import from ZBrush as a live asset to draw onto. The final triangle count of the statue was 5990 triangles.
